Skills Power Pack (Cyber Learning)

There are many opportunities to learn using the Internet. Some of these have been identified by HIGH SCHOOL/HIGH TECH. In almost all cases the learning opportunities are free to use. However, some free learning opportunities are on sites which also require a fee. In all cases, review guidelines for using the Internet and don't commit yourself without your parent's permission.
